This one-day introductory course gives an interactive overview of Lean Six Sigma.

• The Eight Hidden Wastes.
• Process Mapping.
• Introduction to Variance Reduction.

Upon successful completion of an exam at the end of the day, participants will receive certification as a Lean Six Sigma White Belt.
