Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
This four-day course designed to give participants a thorough understanding of the Lean Six Sigma tools and linkage to the benefits that can be gained by their use.
Prerequisites: Introduction to Lean Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
More specifically participants will receive training in:
- Muliple Variable Analysis
- Design of Experiments
- Screening Designs
- Modelling Designs
- Robust Designs
It is a requirement of this training that each participant have a project where they can apply their learning's and therefore deliver timely benefits back to their organisation.
Participants wil require DOE Pro XL software that is used as part of this program. The price of this software has been included in the course price, please advise if preloading of software is required so this software can be sent to you in advance of the course.
