Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
This three-week course designed to give participants a thorough understanding of the Lean Six Sigma tools and linkage to the benefits that can be gained by their use.
Prerequisites: Introduction to Lean Six Sigma and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt
More specifically participants will gain knowledge in the following areas:
- DMAIC Revisited.
- The Central Limit Theorem.
- Determining Sample Size.
- Process Capability.
- Measurement System Analysis.
- Probability Distributions.
- Hypothesis Testing.
- Correlation and Regression Analysis.
- Value Stream Mapping.
- Kanban.
- Layout Redesign.
- Mistake Proofing.
- Standard Work.
It is a requirement of this training that each participant have a project where they can apply their learning's and therefore deliver timely benefits back to their organisation.
SPC XL software that is used as part of this program. This can be purchased from the software section of our online bookstore for those that have not completed the Yellow Belt course with Segla .
Green Belts wishing to undertake training at a later stage to complete their Black Belt Certification will only be required to undertake the Design of Experiment (DOE) training.
