Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification
This certification fee is paybale by those wishing to become certified based upon previous experience without attending the Introduction to Lean Six Sigma training course.
Participants will need to demopnstrate knowledge in the following areas:
- What is Lean Six Sigma?
- Customer Value.
- The Eight Hidden Wastes.
- Process Mapping.
- Introduction to Variance Reduction.
Upon successful completion of an exam, participants will receive certification as a Lean Six Sigma White Belt.
